Fitness Centre
Welcome to PARS FITNESS CENTRE.
The Rec-Plex FITNESS CENTRE is located on the upper level and is accessed by stairway and separate entrance. It is available to membership by "key" on a 24-hour/ 365 day basis as well as by drop-in fee payable at the Rec-Plex Office.
The Fitness Centre is UNSUPERVISED.
Members MUST complete WAIVER and PAR-Q forms.
Members MUST be AT LEAST 16 years of age.
INSIDE Shoes ONLY are permitted in the Fitness Centre.
WORKOUT on clean, well-maintained equipment in a bright, cheery room!
PACE yourself on Treadmills, Reclining Stationary Bicycles, Elliptical Trainers, .....Shaking machine.
INCREASE your endurance with "free" or "stationary" weights.
ENJOY your favourite programs on the wall-mounted T.V.
Everything is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
